Poop should be firm so there should be no reason to need to wipe a dogs butt after a poop. If their poop is too soft it will stick to the fur. I have 3 and take them to be groomed regularly and I have NEVER needed to wipe poop from their butt. This includes when they were all puppies as well. Unless I have on occassion let their grooming go too long I will trim their butt area but still there is no poop stuck or need for baby wipes. Mine climb all over me too and I have never had any type of problems. Maybe you should change foods or treats? Their poop should be formed, firm and hard.
