You'd have to ask the owner, as many of them look identical.. then I'd ask to see the pedigree too.. that way you know for sure. (not that I'm an untrusting soul.. teehee)
The Biewers do not dock the tails, so in many cases that helps.. although many Yorkie people are starting to see this as mutilation also, so they maybe keeping the tails long.. (my AKC Parti has a long tail as do all of my carriers)
