No I don't think so. The industry says it would be too expensive to cover the items you mention. I got insurance to cover the real EXPENSIVE care such as accidents and extended Vet stays. I worked out that the total insurance cost would be around $5,000 over the dog's expected life, which seemed a good risk deal for me. Like all insurance, it seems expensive until you use it. LOL.
It is good to start as young as possible. After sign up there is a 5 day waiting period for accidents and 30 days for illness etc.
PS. There is a link on this page that gets you $15 off the sign up fee for Trupanion if you use the link.
