Star Kicking water about and not eating much.

Hi everyone, hope you are all having a good week!
I have two things I hope you can help me with.

1. Poppy has started to kick about and paddle in her water bowel.
She uses one paw and kicks the water out ... I have wood floors and the water is just getting EVERYWHERE.
When I see or hear her start to do it I say LEAVE IT! in a deep voice and she does. But the second Im out the room she goes swimming again!
I was thinking of using one of those water bottles for rabbits and attaching it to the side of her pen, but would she get enough water from it? I dont know what to do... Its not like I can take it from her because I dont want her to get dehydrated!

2. For the past few days she hasnt been eating much.. she is her normal self and has given me no reason to think she is ill.
She will try to eat my other dogs food but wont eat her own.
My other dog is 13 yo and is on senior food, will this harm her in any way?
I havnt changed her food but for some reason she just wont eat it.
I got the same food as my other dog is on (not the senior version) and mixed a little bit into her puppy food to try and get her to eat it, its kinda worked but shes still not eating 4 meals a day like she should be.
Its not that she isnt hungry either, because I tried her with some treats and she ate those.. I also tried her with some cheese which she ate so Im confused.

Is there anything you can suggest? Thanks!
