Oh I have! But Taiwanese style, we call them chitterlings. The are sliced thin and eaten with noodles in a thick broth with ginger and green onions and oyster sauce. Yum! Haven't had it in years. They are slightly chewy, like a good calimari. Does not smell at all!

Or we also deep fry them also sliced thin, and also dip in oyster sauce laced with ginger slivers.

Cantonese style, they cut them in big pieces, I don't like that as much. Too much chewing. But they batter it with the spicy salt and pepper mix, that is good though.
