He did find for the Plaintiff. He said American Kennels had misrepresented the "teacup" status and ordered the plaintiff to be refunded $1,000.

It was a TV court case and the breeder won on the basis that she said the dogs were teacups as puppies and that is what she advertised. The dog owners argument was they had bought little dog clothes that their dogs didn't fit into when they fully matured and that's what prompted them to sue the breeder. It really was a completely laughable case, which is why I kept watching.
