JeanieK is right sorry but there is no such thing as a miniature or tea cup yorkie, its something some 'breeders' use to try and make the pups sound rare or special usually to try and sell them for more money.
The chart is an estimate, you cant tell just by the parents weight... you would have to research their lines.
