I don't know if there's any way of knowing when or if their ears will stand up. Zoe is over 5 months and her ears still don't stand and we've been taping them up. Vet said not all Yorkie's ear stand. Also Zoe's mom and dad were 6 lb and 8 lbs. She is 5 lbs at 5 months so I think she will be larger too. We'd like to see pics when you can. And welcome.
