A minature and a teacup what? Yorkies? Who told you that they were minature and teacups? The breeder? If so, you were lied to. there is no such thing as a minature or a teacup yorkie. They are all in the toy group. the standard is 7 pounds or less, but they range anywhere from 2 pound to 25 pounds.
1.5 kg = approimately 3 pounds. The rule of thumb is to tripple their 8 week weight. That would mean she will be 8 to 9 pounds or 4.5 kg.
You might need to tape her ears to get them to stand.
