Okay she weighs 2.8 pounds now at 8 weeks converting kilograms and pounds

So you just have to wait and see until she is all grown up. The chart is not a good estimate as to adult weight - since it has been wrong quite often. As Mary stated weight is dertermined by her ancestors/lineage. You would have to know weight of her aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.. to get a better estimate.

This is a perfect example that you cannot determine a puppy's weight based on parents weight.
