To the OP, I am sorry to have hijacked your thread. I am not a breeder and don't pretend to have a breeder's knowledge of Yorkies. I just had a positve experience with this breeder that I thought you might want to check out. I see you have contacted a breeder in Albany and I wish you the best of luck.
No, I haven't had first hand experience with this person, based on her breeding out of standard not somewhere I would have obtained my dogs from. She is breeding out of standard, breeding tinies. Not something any reputable breeder would do. Any person that is breeding teacups, doll faces, purposely breeding tinies, to appeal to the buyer's market is in it for money. Breeding in this manner is putting the dog's life in jeaporady and it is animal cruelty. She is altering the standard, which eventually will affect the health of these dogs.
