I don't understand. How does that have any relevance to anything that I said?
(Just asking since you were addressing me specifically.) My point was that the purpose for breeding should not, IMO, be to recoup the money that you have invested in a dog. I can't imagine someone breeding a dog that shouldn't be bred just because they don't want to out of pocket their monetary interest in it.
