Exactly! Why not spam us about something new like exaflazazome (just made that up)? But Viagra? Oh thanks, spammers, bc I've never *heard* of it.
I think they do it to try and embarrass people - bc inevitably, all your contacts end up replying to you with something like "Sooooo, how's the libido then?" --
