 Vaccinations!!!!!
I took my precious pup Trixie Leigh to the vet last Friday just for a simple vaccination....It is the one that prevents early tooth decay, detal disease, and gingivitus on toy breeds....Last Night my little girl cameto tellme good night and I was scratching behind her ear and noticed a knot under the skin....I took her collar off and looked at the knot...She takes comfortis monthly so I knew itwasnt a fleaor tick bite...I immediately called the emergency hospital and spoke to the vet on call and he said that it could be a "goiter" caused by the shot...he said it should heal on its own in a couple of weeks....My pup is over 2 years old and I've had her since she was 6 weeks old, so lets just say she has had alot of vaccinations, and never this side effect....Please let me know if any of you have ever experienced this....Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!! |
