Sorry for your aunt and her loss, I can't even begin to imagine, nor do I want too.
But the other thing,, with people not understanding the bond WE have with animals... I always feel sorry for them, because they must have no idea how the love is between a dog and its owner,, the compassion, the company, the effortless bond, the unconditional love... how sad for them.
that they have never experienced it,, or may never. It is one of the best things in my life,and some people never know that feeling.
