Wow...it sounds like you have some serious tomato bushes! I only have a small garden with a couple bushes of tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, and tons of herbs. I love to can, but two weekends in a row does sound exhausting!
Although.....I bet you are going to love all those winter dinners with all those fresh tomato sauces and salsa's! Yummy
