 Bump On my yorkie's back leg

So my baby is 4.5 months old male yorkie, and yesterday as I was petting him, I realized there is a bump near his right leg, close to his butt. The bump is maybe the size of a small marble. At first I thought it might be a mosquito bite but I realized it is clearly under his skin. He does not seem sick, his energy level is quite high and he's very playful. Since the vet is closed today, I am really freaking out. I'm wondering if anyone has seen anything like this on their puppies, and what the doctor has generally said. Is it something life-threatening? I think he's too young for it to be cancer or anything along those lines, but I am really scared nonetheless. So please, if anyone has seen this on their pups, can you please tell me what this could be?
