Oh my God, you've hit a nerve now! My skin CRAWLS every time I here somebody shrug it off and say, "I just can't control my dog!"
If you can't control your dog, you shouldn't have one! My aunt worked at a shelter for years and you would be shocked at how many people would turn over their dogs because they "couldn't control them." Grrrrrrr...
