Hi,

I have never had this happen to one of my girls, but I agree with Elle, your little girl needs to be seen by a vet if she is bleeding again at this stage. I would be very concerned that she may have a uterine infection and it is better to be safe than sorry as pyometra can be fatal. Every time your girl goes into season and is not bred her chances of pyometra go up.
