Are you sure it's blood? I had a roommate once who's female dog would leave little drops of something on the carpet. She was spayed. It was determined she needed her anal glands expressed and what we saw was anal leakage. Gross I know.
I agree with the others, time to have her seen by her vet. Whatever it is doesn't sound normal.
