Ugh, I couldn't agree with you more!

It's like owning a small dog is some sort of status symbol and the smaller, the better. Why does anyone really care how much their dogs weigh? If they got over 3 lbs would you just get rid of them?

And it is strange because I've only seen small breed dog owners discussing their dog's weight. Can you imagine if large breed dog owners discussed weight like that? "My german shepherd is 80 lbs." "Well mine is only 75!"

People don't believe that my two 10 lbers are yorkies anyway. So I've just given up all together.
