Well, "rescue" in the very loosest of terms... We take in surrenders when the opportunity presents itself and help in medical situations when we are contacted (I mean, it's just me and my family and the resources we have). So, when someone finds me, they have really been looking hard for help and are usually quite desperate.
In this situation, I really wasn't in the financial situation to be of much help, but what I could do ended up being enough to save Koda's life. |
