I had the same problem with my Rosie. I took her to the vet and the vet said that sometimes it is a sigh of a parasite. She checked her stool sample and sure enough she had whip worm. I treated her and the other 5 and retested the stool and all clear. It might be a good idea to just have a stool sample checked.
