I don't have a morkie, but I know my pups ears had a tendency to go up and down a lot, and that they did it more during teething and when they weren't feeling well. If you want to help keep them up, you can try taping them to help the cartilage set. There are several good videos on youtube about taping.

You can also try "tipping" the ears- meaning shaving the ears about 1/3 of the way down so that they are lighter. For some dogs, that's all they need to help their ears pop back up on their own.
