Honestly, I'd just be SO glad that it was only his hair that got ruined, sounds to me like that kid has no supervision and it could have been an "accidental" leg break or crushing injury
His hair will grow back, thankfully, and he's home with you now, thank goodness. That sitter needs to rethink her parenting, or lack thereof!
