I think rescues are (understandably) concerned about putting a dog who has potentially already been through trauma and/or upheaval into a permanent, forever home. The last thing they want to do is to get a rescue back. I would perhaps ask them frankly why they are not considering you. There might be a misunderstanding there, or they may be aware of something that you're not. |
You are telling me that they adopt to anyone who completes an application and has a home visit? I seriously doubt that! Did you process the applications or did someone else do it?
