You need to get a car...... take the puppy back to the breeder...... and demand a full cash refund immediately or you will file a complaint with the local authorities that this breeder is not following proper rules in regard to age of puppies he/she is selling.....
You will have nothing but trouble with this puppy being sold at this age.
Of course you won't do this.............. you'll just complain when you have excessive vet bills. |
