I COMPLETELY feel your pain! We have a huge problem with people's cats hanging around all the time...on the car, pooping on my porch, WALKING INTO MY LIVING ROOM!!! Gets my blood pressure up...I don't see how anyone can let their pet roam free on other people's property with a clear conscience. (sp?) The straw that broke the camel's back was when someone's kitty was snoozing on my car, I was trying to get in it and it bowed up and hissed at me. Excuse me?!?! I don't think so, not in MY yard!!! I invested in a live animal trap, put it in my yard, plain view and put a sign on it that said "This is a baited animal trap. Any cat found in it will be considered a stray and treated as such." Of course, I was bluffing, for the most part, but it seemed to do the trick...less cats roaming around! Wow...feels nice to vent in good company once in a while! |
