Gotta put in my 2 cents, lol. I have the Dyson DC14 Animal (purple) and I absolutely love it. I have most hardwood expect 2 of my bedrooms and it is great. I'm truely disgusted with the crap I get out of my carpet that apparently my Eureka didn't get at all. I've had mine for about 4 yrs and it's still going strong.
