The kibble are disks, about 3/4 the size of a U.S. dime. On one of the Acana threads, Britster posted pictures.
If you are familiar with Natural Balance products, the kibbles are about the same size, but require more chewing. Some YT members break up the kibbles. However, Bon Bon's tiny Pippin doesn't have any trouble eating Acana kibble.
