You have a right to be pissed!

I let my Toto (my yorkie) out last year the day after Thanksgiving. A BIG dog got in my yard. Toto thinking he was a big dog went after him. The big dog broke his back. They tried to fix him. Done surgery but the Vet should had never done it. His back was to bad. He live 6 months after that with me diapering him and manully making him pee. I tried everyday to get him to walk. I finally put him down in June.
