Sheila, I can understand why you are upset, but Biddy'sMom

I used to have Huskies who are notorius escape artists. I'll never forget chasing Ruby in my
nightgown late one evening when the kids hadn't closed the back door all the way. A particularly helpful lady yelled at me: "Keep him on a leash!" Gee, a leash? Great idea. Clothes? I guess they're optional for walking your dog.
Oh, I left out yelling "GO HOME" at my neighbor's Weimaraner who had jumped his 8 foot fence
again as I raced to catch my dog!
Sheila = I really don't mean to make light of your problem. You are right. You have every right to expect that other dogs will stay OUT of your fenced yard. Finding the owners and talking to them would be a good place to start. Just be aware that "there may be more than meets the eye".
