Yes she needs to be seen by a vet. I'm assuming you've done none of the health tests prior breeding?

Know that at 4.6 lbs your girl might need a c-section. Your vet will be able to advise you on this likelihood and also the costs of same.

You will need a mentor to help you through the whelp, maybe at this point you can ask your vet to mentor you through a whelp if she is pregnant.

The breeders on here will be helpful as they can be, but are no substitute for vet care and advise.

Your first step is take her into the vet. Explain the situation - that it is likely she was bred - I let my two unneutered pets get friendly, etc.
