That's what I thought they were too, but I can't find the source. Also there are (knocks on wood hard) none in my kitchen. They only show up every couple of days... YUCK.

Try putting the dry kibble in the freezer. If you have a large amount, use pint size freezer bags to divide it up. We do that just to keep the food fresher for a longer period of time.
