Well, to start, would it be possible to check in on her during the day rather than leaving her alone for 10-12 hours? That is a long time to be alone, especially for a young puppy. And at night, the whole bed thing, she is still awake and has turned you picking her up and putting her onto your bed into a game. She is bored all day long, so all the time she has with you she is trying to fit play time in there. I know that it's hard to work full time and care for a puppy, but you definitely need to spend more time with here, even if all you get is 30 minutes with her during the day, that'll give her something.
