Cup Potty Training 9 Month Old Female Yorkie

Hey Guys,
My Zoey is now 9 months old and still not fully potty trained. We began potty training her when she was about 3 months old and have been continuous with it. There are times where she will go right on her potty pad and other times where she will poop on the couch and pee on the floor. We leave her home alone for about 10 - 12 hours a day while we are at work in a pen (one of the kids play pens) - maybe this is giving her too much freedom and may need to be smaller... just recently she has started to tear up her potty pads while we are gone at work, but still continues to just pee or poop on the floor, totally ignoring her potty pad. I then caught her last night and again this morning EATING her own poop!!!!! I have read about trying pineapple or bananas... so I will try this and see if it helps. She also keeps us up ALL night long, as she wants to sleep in the bed with us. She is fully capable of jumping up into the bed on her own, but refuses to do so. Once we pick her up and put her in our bed she will jump down a short while later and cry and want back up. This continues ALL NIGHT LONG. When she was 7 weeks old we tried to keep her in a crate at night, but all she would do is BARK!! Which was worse because then we had ZERO sleep... I am really rethinking putting her in a crate at night (or is it too late?). I am tired every single morning due to the constant waking up with her. If someone could please give me some better advice with her potty training too, that would be greatly appreciated!
