I do go out with her most of the time but she prefers to be alone sometimes. I have her on a swivel leash that will not choke her and she is in the shade. She doesn't stay out long. (I'm not that stupid!) And she is only about 5 feet from my front door. I keep a check on her, and the Yorkies do come over to play with her from time to time. No I didn't see him come to play with her at that moment, I do have house chores to do. I'm raising 5 kids so I think I can handle a Yorkie. Besides, she is not a stupid dog, she manages just fine. I didn't post on here for criticism I was just wondering. Not to mention, my vet told me she could mate her first go around anyway. I just would have rather waited for the second. Sorry if I offend anyone, but I don't appreciate it when people think I'm incompetent.
From this post, you are in no where ready to breed. You're poor girl has possibily been bred by a dog that has not had all the required tests performed. You're vet has told you wrong.....I'd find another vet. The rule of thumb with toy breeds is not before their 2nd heat and/or 18 months of age and sometimes longer, dependent on their physical and mental maturity level

There are tethering laws in this country....yep! against the law.

Incompetent is not the question, knowledge is. You are no where ready to breed this female.
