Good luck! I had severe symptoms for almost a year that were so bad I couldn't do much at all. I had carpal tunnel in both arms, thorasic outlet syndrome and double crush which means my pain went from the fingers on one hand, all the way up my arm, across my shoulders and neck and down the other arm to my other hand. It's rare that both arms are affected at one time...aren't I the lucky one
Mine was so bad that the pain went all the way up to my neck and saying certain words would hit a nerve or something and I would get a sharp pain like a shock at the back of my neck. After trying braces, ice, pain meds, myofacial release therapy, chiropractic adjustments, rest and anthing else I could think of I finally had surgery on my right arm. Most of my pain was gone and I felt pretty good...I Just had my left arm done and I feel great!
