I ended up with carpal tunnel and something with my elbow ~ ulnar tunnel? Can't remember. Came from years of typing and it was very painful. I went through PT but it was not helpful.

I did end up having surgery on my wrist and elbow and was back to work within about one week; though I did take it easy that first week.

Now it's fine but on days when I do a lot of writing or typing; it will come back but usually go away again after a night's rest.

Good Luck. I know it can really hurt.
