There are a great many Yorkies that don't come close to the breed standard, yet they are 100% Yorkie. My guess is that your guy will be on the larger size, judging by his snout.
Funny how so many want to say "Silky" for every Yorkie that isn't textbook. There are actually very few Silkies compared to Yorkies here so chances are that he's Yorkie.
Congratulations for both you and Austin! It always lifts me up to see a new puppy parent so in love. And you know the ability to wrap you around their paw is classic Yorkie behavior!
