Ok there is this other lady at Welcome To Legends Shire Yorkies I did talk to her she said she should have some puppies soon.Does her site look more responsible breeder?

Looks like a much better place... I would go have a look. based on the website, it looks good. They ask a lot of questions on the application for puppy. Which means they don't just sell to anyone, they make sure they have picked good homes for thier puppies... or rescues...
Another sign of a good breeder, not having current puppies available. If there is a waiting list, its a good sign.
