In my area there aren't a lot of Yorkies, so it's super hard for a Yorkie to place in the small group. I think it's outrageuos that the CKC hasn't responded to this yet. It sets up the potential for a serious mistake by a back yard breeder (an unfortunately there are lots of them around here). | Most BYBs and millers probably do it themselves anyway, it's more cost affective. |
