I fully agree with this. There was a huge uprise of animal rights people arguing that this is the best thing that has been passed, and that it's so great. Which ok I see the arguments for and against docking. But at the end of the day, unless they have the police force to police the issue, I think the dogs are in a worse situation now... it's a fine if breeders are caught (I think) but I know someone who reported a family keeping thier dog outside in a huge snow storm... and the authorities took 3 days to repsond. They don't have the man power here to inforce such legislation.

At least if the vets can do the procedure, it's done safely. Not that I'm endorsing tail docking, I try to lay low in the for or against argument.
