Your little one could very easily have LP in both back legs and a vet should be able to tell you. My first adopted from rescue had been kicked so hard his back leg was barely attached and rescue did not know this for 4 days as they thought he was just sore and just limping. These little ones can take alot of pain especially when they have come from a horrible home. I would watch him very carefully and if he continues to favor this leg you will need to take him back to the vets for x-rays.
