I agree that you can't always blame the parents. Parents can do their very best and have great intentions and kids can still go down the wrong path, but I would say more of the time a certain degree of fault can be placed on parents.
I'm sure all the statistics in the world would show that!
I hope your brother changes directions, I'm sure it's tough on your whole family!
