If it were my decision, I would look else where. I know you said that some of those dogs she is advertising are some of her friends dogs. That to me sounds suspicious. How many friends does she have that have all come to same decision to sell their dogs.
They look adorable, and it is very easy to become consumed with those little cute faces. Just remember that you want a healthy, happy, puppy and all the research you are doing now will help you get a Yorkie that will love and be with you for years to come.
