When she showed up, she said he jumped up...and when he realized she wasn't me...his enthusiasm faded. She said it was clear that I was his momma and it was me that he wanted.
He is my best friend I can't imagine my life without him, though I know a time will come soon.
My point is that there can be a very happy ending to these situations, as sad as they may seem. |
Thank you for sharing such a heart warming story. Your boy is indeed blessed to have found you. I have several senior yorkies, the oldest just turned 14 and I cannot imagine ever letting them go but I do understand that sometimes that is the only option.
