Agree! My Mother was a teacher, Spanish and Distributive Education, kind of Vocational Class. When one of her students would not show, she would get someone to watch her class and she would go to their homes, knock on the door or in some cases walk right in and wake their butts up and march them to school. Her students loved her. They all came dressed in suit and tie to her funeral.
I can also remember our Football coach with a long paddle with holes, he would call the misfits out of class, in the hall way and WHAM about 4 or 5 times. We would all say SHHHHH. Wanted to hear any weeping.
These were all High School Students. I say beat the crap out of them. I have ZERO tolerance for disrespect.
