Hi, I'm a new member but a long time Yorkie owner and lover. We have two Yorkies now, charlie and zeke. Zeke has been with us just two weeks and we are having a tough time with his gut. He has had diarrhea for the whole time. We were so concerned we took him to the emergency clinic on Sunday. He was dehydrated so he was given sub dermal fluid and an anti diarrhea medication. Monday he had a follow up. Neither vet could feel anything in his gut, no foreign objects, nothing unusual. He's eating kibbles and drinking water. Does anyone have a suggestion? Should we try pumpkin? Help! |
