Hey everybody,
I just recently joined YT and this is my first post. My boyfriend and I just went and picked up our first yorkie yesterday. (He was my birthday/anniversary present).
He is the cutest little guy and a complete joy, we've had so much fun with him already. He is fifteen weeks old and 3.4 pounds and he is going to our vet tomorrow for a checkup to ensure he is all healthy =). Our baby's name is Denali.
I've done a ton of research on what to expect with a yorkie and how much special care they need but i still have a couple of questions. I know that yorkies eyes water and that it can stain their coat, well one of Denali's eyes waters quite a bit (like tears) and i'm not sure what i can do to help it either water less or not stain his coat. Also we bought some nutri-cal last night but i'm not sure how often we should be giving it to him and if there are only certain times when he needs it. I couldn't figure out how to resize my pictures to attach them here but i have a couple on my profile of him. Thanks for reading! =)
